Kevin Foy is an accomplished, practicing attorney specializing in business, policy development, and government relations for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and environmental consultants. His deep interest in public policy and government led him to a successful two-term role as Mayor of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he focused on building a sustainable, environmentally sound community. Kevin's dedication and accomplishments led to the Conference of Mayors designating Chapel Hill 'America's Most Livable City' in 2008. He currently teaches environmental law at North Carolina Central University School of Law and Vermont Law School.
